In the event of cancellation of the booked service with Dubrovnik Boats, due to any reason whatsoever, you should be obligated to notify Dubrovnik Boats company in writing and in a fair time.
Should the cancellation be caused by the Force Majeure (emergency, pandemics, events of the war, terrorism, etc.), health issues (food poisoning, flu, temperature, etc.), or any objective reasons, we encourage you to inform Dubrovnik Boats company, as we are open to resolving the situation in satisfaction for both parties, Client and the company.
Due to the current global situation with COVID-19 and travel restrictions around the world, we do not require credit card details or a deposit of any kind for securing the reservation. Accordingly, the cancellation of the reservation at any time will not bear any costs nor penalties.
Dubrovnik Boats company always goes far and beyond to assure you have the best possible experience aboard our boat services. Unfortunately, there are times that circumstances are completely beyond our control.
In case of high waves, heavy rain, storm, strong wind, or similar conditions, we will do our best to change the boat service for another date, if the requested boat is available, and if it to the Client’s convenience for that date as well. If not, there will be NO charge at all.
The company usually contacts Clients earlier in the morning if weather conditions are not suitable and if we need to postpone or cancel the boat service due to safety reasons.
